Breakages and Returns
- Breakages must be reported maximum 7 days from receiving the
order
- Email or whatsapp required transaction receipt/ invoice, photo of
the breakages and unboxing video
- Make make sure that you always make a video of unboxing
package.
- Any complain without the proof of unboxing should not be
accepted

Return Policy
- Exchange can be done maximum 7 days after receiving the order
- We do not offer refunds, we will exchange with other items that is
available from our shops
- Item on sale / give away are non exchangeable
- Delivery charge for the exchange will be charged to the customer

Receiving Incorrect Items
- We will exchange your incorrect order to the correct one
- Please email or whatsapp us the purchase receipt
- Delivery charge is on our responsibility
